FastInCharge is a project supported by the European Union that aims at developing a wireless solution for charging electric vehicles as fast as possible by induction. This wireless solution will be developed by the partners and demonstrated in Douai where an electric vehicle, with an inductive panel, will be used by the town hall staff.
The main goal is to provide a new charging solution for electric vehicles in the cities by developing a wireless charging system adapted for the large public.
FastInCharge develops a cost-effective modular infrastructure for charging electric vehicles by induction which can be easily deployed in a city and then boost research on dynamic charging solution.
The concept of FastInCharge is to create a highly performing inductive solution in two charging operational situations: stationary charging and on-route charging.
